MAYO INGREDIENTS
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup Avocado Oil
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 egg yolks, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, dijon mustard and whisk together. Continue to whisk the ingredients and very slowly add avocado oil in a steady stream. Careful not to pour too much at once.
CAESER DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
METHOD
In a blender combine all the ingredients. Note this measurement is made for a small batch. Enjoy!
